81 Food Carts is a community food hub built with prefabricated metal structures to create a durable, efficient, and visually unified space for multiple vendors. The design combines industrial materials with warm finishes, bold signage, and cohesive branding to reflect Portland’s vibrant street-food culture and enhance both vendor workflow and visitor experience.
